Anupam is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded over half a dozen organizations. In his diverse roles in the fields of Business, Finance, Risk Management and Strategic Consulting, he has created immense value for several organizations across the globe. Anupam is widely recognized as an innovative business thinker whose lateral solution finding skills have helped optimize the available resources for small and medium scale businesses.
Anupam co-founded Occams Advisory in 2011 and has served as the CEO since 2012. Under his leadership Occams has achieved over 800% growth year over year over last 3 years. Anupam has advised many CEO’s and boards in the capacity of financial, operations and strategic consultant. Under his leadership, Occam’s has achieved exceptional results for its clients across industries and geographies.
Prior to founding Occams, Anupam spent over half a decade on Wall Street with distinguished names like Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and Bank of Nova Scotia. Anupam has also worked for Siemens Telecom and a highly successful dot com.
Anupam is an alumnus of Delhi University’s prestigious Shrirram College of Commerce, New York University’s Stern School of Business, and London Business School. Since 2005, he also serves on the Board of Child | Literacy, a New Jersey charity dedicated to the social and educational needs of children 6-18.
Nitin Aggarwal is the Chief Operating Officer of Occams Advisory in India and he runs the large team of professionals who deliver exceptional services to Occams US based clients. In this role, Nitin has created immense value for the clients.
Previously, Nitin co-founded 247 Experts in 2012 and served as the company’s CEO between 2012 and 2015. During his tenure, the company grew to become a major player in digital marketing, support services, mobile application clients across all continents. Nitin was responsible for setting 247’s strategic direction and spearheading its international operations and in digital marketing, mobile applications and IT support. Prior to founding 247 Experts, Nitin worked as a digital marketing consultant, based out of New Delhi & Dehradun, India. He has been a recognized leader in affiliate marketing.
Nitin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT, Allahabad.
Steve Landzberg has over 26 years of investment and advisory experience. Steve leads our execution efforts in consulting projects including preparation of business plans, capital structure optimization, cash and liquidity management, and capital raising assignments.
Steve’s selected accomplishments include a successful execution of dozens of consulting and capital raising projects over the last eight years. He is a former Chief Financial Officer at Global Energy Efficiency, Inc., where he grew the company’s revenues by 4x within just two years, and raised $10 million of capital. He also served as Principal, Corporate Finance at Xroads Solutions Group, where he optimized operations and raised capital for the Ambassador Cruise Company. Included in his illustrious career transactions like leading the bank group of Metallurg when at JPMorgan as work-out officer where he was involved in bank lender work-out negotiations.Steve also was the Chairman of Creditor Committee and lead investor at Pueblo Supermarkets, where he led the restructuring of the balance sheet and the exchange of debt for equity.
Steve lives in Chicago.
Ramki has over 15 years of diverse, multinational experience in investment banking, private equity, financial strategy, consulting and operations. Working from Chicago, Ramki leads Occams efforts in: (i) Shareholder Value Maximization Advisory: Including sale of company, acquisition-driven growth, debt/equity capital raising, joint venture partnerships and owner-exit strategies; (ii) Strategic C.F.O. Advisory: where he works with clients finance and management teams to develop and/or improve: financial strategies in lockstep with business changes, managing rapid growth, financial projections and early warning systems, accurate budgeting processes, board/shareholder reporting, optimized capital structure, and owner exit and succession planning.
Ramki has execution track record of over $2 billion in investment banking and PE transactions, including middle-market and lower middle-market M&A and capital raising, private equity portfolio management, and debt and equity public offerings. In addition, he has relationships at middle-market & lower-middle market investors including private equity, family offices, high networth and international investors.
Ramki currently serves as strategic C.F.O. at Future Skies, Inc. and Five Elements Robotics.
Ramki’s previous experience includes investment banking and private equity roles at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), Robert W. Baird & Co. and Current Capital. His operations experience includes consulting and management roles at G.E. Energy, ReserveBar.com, Saint Gobain, and Siemens.
Ramki holds an undergraduate degree in production engineering, and has an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Ramki’s current and previous non-profit affiliations include Child Rights & You, Teach for America (Chicago), and Working In The Schools (WITS).
Michael has over 22 years of banking experience. He has worked in various capacities in business banking and financial services. Prior to his position at Occams, Mr. Michael worked at SunTrust Bank, BB&T, M&T, and TD Bank. Michael is always excited about client relationship management. He graduated with a Master of Science in Taxation and a Master of Business Administration. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Rajat is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with invaluable experience in financial reporting and accounting covering a variety of industries. He has worked with several start-ups. Rajat has hands on experience of providing professional advice in strategic sectors such as financial reporting, taxation and auditing, accounting and corporate finance. Even though he is one of the youngest Chartered Accountants in India, he has served several clients with distinction.
Ravikant has worked in sales and marketing for 24 years in various industries. Previously, he worked at TATA Group as a Sales Officer. He has also worked at Breda International Corporation and Brass Engineering, India division. He brings this wealth of knowledge to his current position at Occams. Mr. Ravikant generates new sales leads. He identifies new business opportunities. In addition to this, he offers new market products to clients, maintains good working relationships with business contacts and gives feedback to Occams management. Mr. Ravikant works with the business development team on product designs. He has a certificate in Management Training and a certificate for Entrepreneurship Development Program.
Neha specializes in market analysis, economic and financial analysis. In over seven years of her professional experience, she has worked as an economic consultant, decision scientist, policy analyst and a banker. Neha also has extensive experience working as a Policy/Research Analyst across major Economic & Government think tanks in India for several years. She holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers University. In addition, she has a Master’s degree in Business Economics with a speciality in Quantitative Methods of Economics and Finance. Ms. Neha has an undergraduate degree in Economics with distinction from University of Delhi.

Christian has been chosen to fill the role of Vice President of Occams Merchant Services, a new division within the Occams Advisory group of companies. Christian is tasked to build the division from the ground up and into a low to high-risk mega center.

Supriya is an experienced marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience in global marketing and expansion, brand/product management, strategy development, market research and consulting within the consumer goods, fashion / retail, education, and pharmaceutical industries. At Occams, Supriya often engages as a subject matter expert and key advisor to clients on their crucial marketing and branding initiatives.
Some of Supriya’s key specialties include brand management, new product launch, global brand expansion, digital marketing, public relations and social media, marketing plan development, marketing campaign development, portfolio optimization, primary and secondary research, competitive assessment, pricing, market entry strategies, market and opportunity assessments, retail store expansion and in-store merchandising.
Supriya holds Bachelor in Business Studies from the College of Business Studies, University of Delhi and a Master in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. Supriya is a travel and culinary enthusiast. She lives in New York City.
George works as an Insurance agent and customer service representative at Occams. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Polites has an extensive insurance background from his prior job as an independent insurance agent for multiple years. He gives Occams clients policy advice in addition to solving customer queries. He does this by providing excellent, high quality customer care.
Abhishake focuses origination of loan and insurance clients at Occams Advisory. Abhishake has 6 years of experience in loan origination including underwriting, title and credit, as a certified loan officer at Montgomery Mortgage Inc. in Texas. Previously, he has worked as Manager Operations at Offshoreally, a Virtual Assistant company where he handled a team of 30 people providing them with the training on various projects assigned by the clients.
Majid brings a vast work experience in the insurance Industry. His role at Occams involves development of Coordinated Protection Plans. He determines quotes and rates for immediate coverage action. In addition, he is responsible for long-term strategy implementation.
Ben helps clients plan for their retirement needs with respect to wealth transfer, legacy creation, mortgage protection, income protection and other long-term financial. As a former Marine and US Army Officer, Ben understands discipline, diligence and teamwork in client service. As an experienced entrepreneur himself, Ben also understands the daily struggles of small business owners.
Ben studied at the University Of Findlay in Environmental and Hazardous Materials Management, advancing his career in the Army as a chemical officer. He has also studied business at McDaniel College.
Rilyn is a recent and exciting addition to the Occams team. She brings a wide knowledge base from her past experience in working in various industries. Rilyn has a solid skill set in marketing, graphic design and customer service. Previously, she worked at MIU Consulting Group as a Marketing Project Manager where she served as a strategy analyst and digital marketing associate. At Occams, Rilyn is the Assistant Vice President of Operations. She oversees office workflow. She is also responsible for monitoring efficiency, performance and service quality standards at Occams.
Andreias is a Licensed Specialist in Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance. He has an extensive background in the insurance industry from his past years working as an arbitration specialist for various companies in the Maryland area. He is responsible for building new business commodities at Occams. In addition to this, he educates local communities on how to create generational wealth through life insurance and fixed annuity products. Mr. Vickers has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He is an Occams representative at the Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, Maryland and is a member of the National Honor Society.
Cabretta is a licensed specialist in Life, Health, Property and Casualty insurance and Occams customer service representative. She has been in the insurance industry for two years as an independent life insurance agent and three years with Farmers.
As a former substitute teacher and leasing agent, as well as a single parent, Cabretta brings empathy and patience to her role in engaging and educating existing and potential customers with respect to their insurance needs.
