Although he had a great deal of knowledge about his business, there were many obstacles in selling his business. We walked the owner through the process and helped him decide the best choice of exit for his situation. Occam’s Paradigm helped with preparing his financial statements for investors, researching the industry for a fair valuation and creating the marketing material.

Helios was able to close their business with significant tax savings through a transfer in equity as part of the selling price. The owners was able to make terms for a shorter exit as he had planned.
