As the CEO of Personal Finance Division of Occams Group, he is entrusted with the responsibility to lead a large team of Personal Finance Advisors who provide mission-critical guidance to over ten thousand clients across the United States. David also is a lateral thinker whose critical inputs for our strategic vision have powered our growth. As a serial entrepreneur, David is adept at juggling many roles with unparalleled competency and his all-round abilities ensure that Occams’ strategic vision keeps pace with the client needs and aspirations as well as the market & industry trends.
David lives and works from Sarasota, FL. As a father of two boys, a dedicated husband, a caring son, and a widely liked community leader, David balances many roles in personal life too. And when he gets a few minutes to himself, he catches up with soccer, rugby and cricket or sets out to the beach for some much-needed fun on water.

Steve Landzberg has over 26 years of investment and advisory experience. Steve leads our execution efforts in consulting projects including preparation of business plans, capital structure optimization, cash and liquidity management, and capital raising assignments.
Steve’s selected accomplishments include a successful execution of dozens of consulting and capital raising projects over the last eight years. He is a former Chief Financial Officer at Global Energy Efficiency, Inc., where he grew the company’s revenues by 4x within just two years, and raised $10 million of capital. He also served as Principal, Corporate Finance at Xroads Solutions Group, where he optimized operations and raised capital for the Ambassador Cruise Company. Included in his illustrious career transactions like leading the bank group of Metallurg when at JPMorgan as work-out officer where he was involved in bank lender work-out negotiations.Steve also was the Chairman of Creditor Committee and lead investor at Pueblo Supermarkets, where he led the restructuring of the balance sheet and the exchange of debt for equity.

Anupam co-founded Occams Advisory in 2011 and has served as the CEO since 2012. Under his leadership Occams has achieved over 800% growth year over year over last 3 years. Anupam has advised many CEO’s and boards in the capacity of financial, operations and strategic consultant. Under his leadership, Occam’s has achieved exceptional results for its clients across industries and geographies.
Prior to founding Occams, Anupam spent over half a decade on Wall Street with distinguished names like Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and Bank of Nova Scotia. Anupam has also worked for Siemens Telecom and a highly successful dot com.

Over the course of his career, Augusto has developed unique product strategies and led strategic efforts to build global footprint and rapidly capture market share.
At EquiPay, Augusto leads the organization’s Operations towards its pre-eminence in innovative payment solutions, best-in-breed risk management and world-class client service. His peerless strategic planning and tireless execution is the driving force behind the rapid growth of EquiPay.
Outside work, Augusto is an ardent tennis player who cares deeply for the environment and actively engages in initiatives to preserve the Amazon forest. He also has supported charities that bring drinking water to remote African areas and gives back to his community by dedicating time to charities such as New York Cares. Ramki has over 15 years of diverse, multinational experience in investment banking, private equity, financial strategy, consulting and operations. Working from Chicago, Ramki leads Occams efforts in: (i) Shareholder Value Maximization Advisory: Including sale of company, acquisition-driven growth, debt/equity capital raising, joint venture partnerships and owner-exit strategies; (ii) Strategic C.F.O. Advisory: where he works with clients finance and management teams to develop and/or improve: financial strategies in lockstep with business changes, managing rapid growth, financial projections and early warning systems, accurate budgeting processes, board/shareholder reporting, optimized capital structure, and owner exit and succession planning.
Ramki has execution track record of over $2 billion in investment banking and PE transactions, including middle-market and lower middle-market M&A and capital raising, private equity portfolio management, and debt and equity public offerings. In addition, he has relationships at middle-market & lower-middle market investors including private equity, family offices, high networth and international investors.
Ramki currently serves as strategic C.F.O. at Future Skies, Inc. and Five Elements Robotics.
Ramki’s previous experience includes investment banking and private equity roles at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), Robert W. Baird & Co. and Current Capital. His operations experience includes consulting and management roles at G.E. Energy, ReserveBar.com, Saint Gobain, and Siemens.

Nitin Aggarwal is the Chief Operating Officer of Occams Advisory in India and he runs the large team of professionals who deliver exceptional services to Occams US based clients. In this role, Nitin has created immense value for the clients.
Previously, Nitin co-founded 247 Experts in 2012 and served as the company’s CEO between 2012 and 2015. During his tenure, the company grew to become a major player in digital marketing, support services, mobile application clients across all continents. Nitin was responsible for setting 247’s strategic direction and spearheading its international operations and in digital marketing, mobile applications and IT support. Prior to founding 247 Experts, Nitin worked as a digital marketing consultant, based out of New Delhi & Dehradun, India. He has been a recognized leader in affiliate marketing.

She prides herself on her customer service and her intention to find the best program for each client. She strives to demystify the student loan repayment process and help her clients achieve success in conquering their debt burdens.

Deborah has had a diversified experience throughout her career in various industries. She demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit early on. At the age of nineteen she started her own business designing and producing products and selling them on her ecommerce site. Not content with the growing business, she added a second professional dimension joining a law firm. Here she worked her way from the receptionist to an office manager. Most recently, she headed administration for a non-profit organization before joining the Occams Group.
Deb is proficient in operations management with rich experience in customer service and administrative liaising. She also is a talented photographer and graphic designer and steps up several time to assist the creative team at Occams. Her resourcefulness has made her an integral part of the Occams team where she wears various hats with nonchalance while providing quality service to all stakeholders.
Outside her professional commitments, Deb is active in volunteer work through her church and in her community. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her family. Deb is affable and service-oriented, quickly becoming an enriching member of any community or group that she joins.

Rajat is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with invaluable experience in financial reporting and accounting covering a variety of industries. He has worked with several start-ups. Rajat has hands on experience of providing professional advice in strategic sectors such as financial reporting, taxation and auditing, accounting and corporate finance. Even though he is one of the youngest Chartered Accountants in India, he has served several clients with distinction.

Maria Antonio leads the compliance division ensuring accuracy, efficiency and transparency by guiding in a productive, professional and consistent manner. She focuses on preparing documents, accounts and receivables for clients in a timely manner ensuring clients are cared for and understood while maintaining client service and retention as her highest priority. Maria has been with the company for 5 years. Her loyalty, integrity and appreciation for her job and the team she supports is highly valued.
Maria is originally from Mexico and moved to the USA at the age of 5 with her family for a better future and more opportunities. Maria and her husband embrace the entrepreneurial spirit by managing and running their own trucking company and livestock farm. Maria has a keen eye for design and has hopes to patent her own products one day.
